Condo Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk

They’re looking for a skilled Law Clerk to manage all aspects of condominium and commercial real estate transactions, including drafting documents and coordinating closings. Responsibilities

- Participate as part of a team of experienced real estate clerks working with condominium developers

- Condominium project set-up using LawyerDoneDeal or other project software

- Process, administer and manage interim closings and final closings

- Assist with various other real estate matters, as needed

- Communication and/or reporting to clients and the supervising lawyer

- Other duties as required

Qualifications

- 5+ years experience as a Real Estate Law Clerk, preferably mid to senior level condominium experience

- Successful completion of a related post-secondary Law Clerk program

- Expertise with Teraview; Excel and LawyerDoneDeal (Project Module preferred)

- Flexibility to work overtime when needed

- High level of professionalism and leadership ability

- Handle time pressure and stress of multiple demands

- Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications

- Strong verbal and written communication

- Docketing time efficiently

- Able to work independently

- Ability to lead a closing team
