About The Position In this role, the Senior Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk will support the commercial real estate department by preparing legal documents, conducting research, and managing complex files from start to finish. Reporting directly to the firm’s real estate lawyers, the clerk will coordinate with clients and third parties, handle due diligence tasks, and ensure seamless execution of transactions. This position requires strong technical capability, superior organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities within a supportive team environment.
