**Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk**

Daoust Vukovich LLP is a downtown Toronto law firm focused on commercial leasing, commercial real estate, and litigation. Our clients include entrepreneurial and institutional land developers, construction companies, commercial landlords, property managers, space users and commercial tenants.

**Responsibilities**
- Reviewing, drafting, and preparing a wide array of commercial real estate documents.
- Assisting Commercial Real Estate Lawyers in supporting our clients (developers, lenders, property and asset managers, landlords, and tenants) with all types of office, industrial, and retail commercial real estate matters.
- Take instructions, review documentation, obtain and summarize information, report on status of real estate matters.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of two (2) years of law clerk or legal assistant experience in Commercial Real Estate within a law firm
- A Law Clerk degree or certificate is an asset
- Familiarity with commercial real estate transactions
- Demonstrated experience with the preparation and drafting of a variety of commercial real estate related documents
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage conflicting priorities, and work collaboratively.
- Resourceful and diplomatic problem solver.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, and to negotiate within set parameters
- Superior organizational skills and detail orientation.
