This role is ideal for a clerk who enjoys meaningful work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to contribute to impactful real estate transactions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will manage and support a wide range of complex commercial real estate matters, including land development transactions and multi-party closings. You will work both independently and alongside lawyers and other clerks while maintaining consistent communication with clients, lenders, and third-party stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and assist on complex commercial real estate files

  • Support land development transactions from inception to completion

  • Work independently and collaboratively with legal professionals

  • Communicate with clients, lenders, and third parties to coordinate closings

  • (Optional) Provide support on residential real estate matters if experienced

What We're Looking For:

  • Law Clerk Diploma from a recognized Ontario institution

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate law

  • Demonstrated experience with land development transactions

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

  • Ability to manage files independently while meeting deadlines

  • Self-starter with a positive, professional attitude

  • Experience in residential real estate is considered an asset
