Our Calgary Sales & Distribution Center has an opportunity for the right individual. This person will report to the Director of Sales and work within the Penner brand.

**What will you be doing?**

You will:

- Manage new construction tender requests, RFI’s, extensions, addendums, etc.
- Downloading of construction tender documents such as specifications and drawings.
- Manage the estimating calendar.
- Collaborate with team members to assist in administrative tasks.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding projects.
- Document control of awarded projects including contracts, supporting documents, etc.
- Assist in the lifecycle of projects from contract estimating, progress billing and project close outs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Excellent communication with internal Project Mangers & Estimators as well as external stakeholders such as general contractors, architects, suppliers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of the construction process.
- Problem-solving and advanced Excel skills are required. Basic computers skills are imperative.
- Knowledge base of the construction and building materials industry is an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
