Landform Inc. is a landscape construction company established in 2003 that services Calgary and the surrounding area. We offer Landscape Construction and Landscape Maintenance - creating and maintaining meaningful spaces such as parks, playgrounds, and restoration projects. In the winter we continue to support communities by offering Snow Removal services. Are you ambitious and eager to make your mark as part of our team as an **Estimating Administrator**? This position is located 10 minutes east Cross Iron Mills, 20 minutes from Airdrie and Northwest Calgary.

Estimating Administrator

demonstrate strong communication skills, high attention to detail, accuracy, the ability to

multitask, and be capable of handling situations as they arise. You are able to work

independently and in a team-based environment. Adaptability and flexibility to adjust

priorities is a key asset for this role.

Specific Duties Include (but are not limited to):

- Analyzes RFP/RFQ documents, drawings, specifications, and addendums in

preparation for pricing.
- Read and understand contractual terms and conditions.
- Complete material takeoffs and organize information in a clear concise format.
- Communicate clearly with sub-contractors and ensure all estimates match

required contract specifications.
- Complete all tender documents and submit on time with zero deficiencies.
- Oversee the distribution of appropriate documentation appropriately upon award

of project.
- Continually market the company and look for future opportunities to grow the

business.
- Assist with completing change orders and small project estimates.

Who You Are:

- Quickly and accurately perform mathematical calculations.
- Dedicated, well organized, able to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail oriented.
- Maintain professionalism when faced with aggressive deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform self-reviews.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning.
- Proficiency with the Google Sheets and Docs and/or Microsoft Office (Excel,

Word).
- Some understanding of what is required to estimate earthwork, grading, planting,

retaining walls, paving stone, concrete, carpentry and landscape maintenance is

considered an asset.
- Hands on landscape construction experience would be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of take-off software, such as BlueBeam, would be an asset.
- Knowledge of landscape software LMN would be considered an asset.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in estimating, construction management,

project management, or other relevant disciplines would be an asset.
