**QUALIFICATIONS for DIGITAL MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER/SPECIALIST**:

- 1+ years of experience with SEO, inbound, or content marketing is a major plus
- 2+ years of hands on campaign execution & project management experience
- 1+ years history of hitting clear KPIs and targets around revenue and results

**JOB DESCRIPTION for DIGITAL MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER/SPECIALIST**:

- Maintain NPS score of 8+ across a set of 10-12 accounts
- Efficiently project manage work for your clients with implementers
- Oversee campaign performance with team across 8-12 clients’ digital campaigns
- Drive traffic, leads and ROI for clients within 80% of projections.
- Execute weekly marketing work efficiently and at required quality
- Effectively communicate analysis & recommendations with clients and team, resulting in retention, trust and upsells.
- Manage scope of client retainer without over/under servicing
