Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior ABM Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of five to six years of experience developing and executing account-based marketing strategies for B2B technology companies. This role requires a strategic thinker who has a proven track record of driving pipeline growth, accelerating deal velocity, and generating measurable revenue through highly targeted, personalized marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with sales teams to identify, engage, and convert high-value enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior ABM Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the development and execution of our account-based marketing program, working in close partnership with sales leadership to identify and prioritize target accounts based on strategic fit and revenue potential. This role requires creating personalized, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with key decision-makers at target accounts, leveraging channels such as email, LinkedIn, paid advertising, direct mail, and custom content.
The specialist will design and implement account engagement strategies that move prospects through the buyer journey, from awareness to consideration to decision. This includes developing account-specific content, orchestrating personalized experiences, and coordinating with sales on outreach timing and messaging. The role also demands rigorous measurement and optimization, with regular reporting on account engagement metrics, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution.
Required Qualifications and Demonstrated Results
Requirement Details
Experience 5-6+ years in B2B marketing with at least 3 years dedicated to account-based marketing
Proven Results Demonstrated success in generating qualified pipeline (e.g., $5M+ influenced pipeline), improving account engagement rates by 30%+, or accelerating sales cycles by 20%+
Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems for account tracking and attribution
Sales Alignment: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and align marketing efforts with revenue objectives
