Work with customers facing credit challenges, guiding them through the financing process. Build relationships with lenders and leverage programs to secure approvals. Provide expert advice on vehicle options, financing terms, and credit-building strategies. Deliver an outstanding customer experience that turns buyers into lifelong clients. Meet and exceed sales and finance targets with a high-energy, goal-driven approach. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in non-prime/subprime automotive sales & finance—you know how to turn credit challenges into approvals. You can build a profitable deal on your own without constant supervision. Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of lender requirements to secure the best deals for our customers. A solutions-driven mindset—where others see obstacles, you see opportunities and close the deal. High-energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation—you lift up those around you and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and guide customers through the financing process with confidence. Team player with a winning mentality, able to work independently while contributing to a supportive, high-morale team culture.
