Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Subprime Finance Manager to join our team at our dealership in North York. As a SFM, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish. **Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Provide information on available vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with sales management to develop and implement sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize sales support tools and resources effectively to enhance the sales process

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in car sales is a must, OMVIC LICENSE IN GOOD STANDING.
- Bilingual skills (English/) are a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with the local market in Automotive New & Used.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license

Must be willing to work Mon-Fri 10a-6p.

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (required)
