**This is your shot.** Coast Auto Chrysler is officially launching a **Subprime Finance Division** and we’re looking for the right closer to lead the charge. No red tape. No micromanaging. Just a high-volume dealership, real support, and a blank canvas waiting for someone to turn it into a profit machine.

If you're a subprime assassin who’s built deals in the trenches and wants to build a team, drive volume, and leave a legacy.. we need to talk.

**Duties**
- Build and scale Coast Auto’s first-ever Subprime Department from the ground up
- Work directly with lenders to fund the toughest deals, fast and clean
- Analyze credit, structure bulletproof approvals, and move the needle daily
- Collaborate with our team to **prospect**and close quality leads
- Stack front and back end profit by selling vehicles and F&I products effectively
- Own the process. Track performance. Optimize results
- Train and mentor sales staff on subprime strategy and compliance

**Experience**
- 1+ years in automotive sales and or finance
- Entrepreneurial mindset. You think like an owner, not an employee
- Proven experience turning “no’s” into “delivered units”
- High-level CRM & DMS comfort (we move fast)
- A top-performer mentality. You're hungry and thrive under pressure
- Detail obsessed and compliance driven
- Serious hustle with chill delivery, people trust you

Pay: $70,000.00-$180,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
