**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates, feedback, and any issues that may arise.
- Lead account management efforts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize value for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track client interactions, sales activities, and account performance.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and potential clients.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles.
- Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
