**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are currently accepting resumes for an experienced **Accounts Receivable Coordinator** **for our Abbotsford, BC office.

Accounts Receivables Coordinator
- Answer inquiries regarding payments, direct deposit info and calls for credit card payments. Investigate outstanding deposits from Bank reconciliation.
- Credit and collection calls.
- Reconciling A/R accounts.
- Answering inquiries regarding accounts and invoices.
- Invoice adjustments and rebills.
- Secondary person for answering telephones.
- Handling various computer tasks/processes related to daily operations - i.e Interline pickup request entries; on-time service updates, helping with scanning.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Enter all ROA’S from customers (backup)
- Credit card payments - run payments on Moneris as per calls from customers and/or listing of automated pay per shipment accounts. Enter into Cash receipts module and post as per bank transactions.
- Checks - deposit to bank account and enter into cash receipts module and post.

**Qualifications**
- Previous accounts receivables and/or general accounting experience required
- Ability, initiative and tenacity to resolve issues both collaboratively and independently
- Well organized and detail orientated
- Exceptional communication (verbal & written) & interpersonal skills
- Computer literate - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Reports to Accounts Receivable Manager and work very closely with our AR coordinator.

**Remuneration**
- Hourly wage will be based on skills and experience; and
- Complete Group Health plan & RRSP plan
