WestGen, Western Canada’s leading dairy genetics company, located in Abbotsford, BC, is currently seeking a full-time, permanent, Accounts Receivable Clerk. The position is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services in support of overall objectives, for WestGen Group of Companies, by ensuring the timely and accurate billing and collection of companies’ revenues.

**Skill and Experience Requirements**:

- Secondary School completion and 3 years experience with full-cycle accounts receivable or equivalent experience.
- Good communication and customer service skills which require tact and diplomacy
- Good organization skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
- Working knowledge of MS word, excel, and outlook.
- Some formal accounting training would be an asset.
- Answering phones.
