We are looking to hire a Line Cook/Prep Cook. We are located in the Howard Johnson Hotel. We are a fun place to work, we are busy and we have lots going on. This position will also be working as a lead sauce maker for Westside Premium Craft Sauces

We have created some other delivery focused kitchen businesses as well which has helped us stay busy and provides some diversity in the kitchen. There is always something to do

Duties include:

- Food Prep
- Line Cooking, operating a grill and 2 fryers
- Keeping the kitchen clean and following Health MB protocol
- Sauce making and bottling
- Managing orders from the different delivery platforms
- Putting away stock food orders
- Packaging different retail food products
