Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. **Duties**:

- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency and quality
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Pay: $15.30-$20.68 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
