**Finance Administrator - Automotive**

**Salary Range $40,000 - $50,000 per year ($20-$26 hourly) - dependant on qualifications**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring deals are funded within 48 hours
- Following up with lenders for funding updates
- Ensuring customer loans are paid out
- Claiming incentives and reporting units sold to Ford of Canada
- Registering purchased warranties, life insurance, etc.
- Arranging ownership transfer of used vehicles being taken in on trade
- Ensuring Accounts Receivables cleared within 15 days of posting
- Working closely with our head office to ensure all deals are submitted for month end
- Auditing deals for accuracy and filling deals in storage monthly
- Submitting cheque requests for loan payouts, referrals, invoices, etc.
- Occasionally submitting deals to lenders for approval and printing paperwork
- Processing warranty cancellations and reconciling gross numbers

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s Licence
- Previous experience in automotive or banking considered an asset
- Energy, passion, and professionalism for exceptional guest service
- Detail oriented and results focused personality
- Highly organized, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
- Be proactive, self-motivated, and must be able to work effectively alone
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Outlook. Knowledge of other Microsoft products is also an asset
