We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Team Lead, IT Operations to join our IT team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Manager, IT Operations, you will lead the 24/7 IT operations team that supports IT infrastructure. Participating as a member of a strategically driven, cohesive team; reflecting team spirit that inspires and motivates exceptional performance. You will foster and promote an environment that is focused on continuous improvement and PSP - People, Service and Profit.

You will be responsible for:
- Leading the IT Operations team responsible for 24/7 support of our business and technology solutions, monitoring and investigating a production environment for faults, outages, and security incidents.- Collaborating with internal IT teams and vendor partners to resolve incidents and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.- Setting team goals using defined KPIs and ensuring an appropriate understanding of business goals to effectively prioritize incidents, requests, and tasks.- Defining and supporting processes for problem and incident management.- Defining, creating and updating support documentation.- Working with IT groups to ensure proper project transitioning to support, including training, and support documentation.- Identifying opportunities for skills development within the team.- Managing communications and expectations of support requests with stakeholders.- Identifying opportunities to automate support requests and tasks.

You have:
- A post-secondary technical diploma in Information Systems, IT infrastructure or related field.- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure implementations with a broad range of exposure to IT support best practices.- 3+ years of experience leading teams.-
- Strong knowledge and experience implementing ITIL and ITSM best practices.- Experience with enterprise directory platforms such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and LDAP.- Good knowledge of Microsoft windows servers.- Knowledge of Cloud technology and architecture is an asset.- Working knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell is an asset.- The ability to respond to and handle phone calls during non-business hours when necessary.

Compensation Details:
$79,950.00 - $99,938.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
