**Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead and supervise a team of cleaning staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
- Perform commercial cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various facilities.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and address any maintenance issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all cleaning schedules are adhered to without compromising quality.
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Assist with heavy lifting as required during cleaning operations or when moving furniture and equipment.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and management regarding job progress and any challenges encountered.

**Qualifications**
- Proven custodial experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with team members and clients.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday.
- A strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
