Our team is getting an abundance of live buyer and seller connection calls in the Edmonton area.

We're looking to partner with a highly motivated and competent agent that can take on new clients every month.

Our systems and processes allow you to **GET THE MOST** out of your real estate career. From an in-house media team, to a world-class operations team, we make it possible to THRIVE in Edmonton Real Estate.

As part of our team, our agents will be set up for a level of success not seen by most individual real estate agents. Fully launch and get into higher production within weeks.

Commission only. In our program, as an experienced agent, you can earn more than $250,000 a year, and a new agent can make SIX FIGURES their first full year This has been done on our team many times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Go on multiple appointments weekly to meet and build rapport with new clients
- Show homes to interested clients
- Provide market analyses to clients as requested
- Follow-up with clients to move them forward in the process
- Build relationships with agents in other companies
- Negotiate contracts and transactions
- Develop expertise in neighbourhoods, schools, and all home-ownership issues
- Research and identify off-market purchase opportunities for clients
- Maintain an active presence on social media
