Allison Meston Real Estate Group since 2016, Allison is a licensed Realtor® and Real Estate Investor. Allison specializes in Rural Real Estate, Infill Development, and Agricultural Real Estate. I have my ABR and SRS designations and currently have too many leads to handle. I am looking for an experienced agent that we can mentor and help build their reputation in Edmonton and surrounding communities.

**Job description**

This individual should be great with people, hard-working, goal-oriented, and looking to take thier business to the next level We are looking for somemone with at least 8 transacttions under their belt. We want someone who will complement our team and can help with additional leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and hold showings for clients
- List and sell residential
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
- Host open houses and other events
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
- Verify and disclose property facts to clients

**Qualifications**:

- Real Estate License
- Excellent English both Verbal and Written
- Computer Literacy (Web browsing, Microsoft Word, Power Point... ect.)
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields is a PLUS
- Need to be used to a fast paced work environment.

**Salary**:

- Commission pay ($60,000-$250,000+)

Schedule:

- Felxible Schedule required, weekday evenings and weekends required.

**Experience**:

- 2+ years experience, **no brand new agents**

Licence/Certification:

- Real Estate License

**Job Types**: Freelance, Full-time

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Licence/Certification:

- Residential Real Estate Licence (required)

Pay: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
