Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with local market trends and property values to offer valuable insights to clients.

- Documentation: Prepare necessary documents, including contracts, offers, and agreements for transactions.

- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other real estate professionals to generate referrals and leads.

- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales position.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement.

- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools.

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

- Real estate license (required in some regions).

Experience:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

- Experience in property sales, leasing, or customer-facing sales roles.

- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.

- Experience with online real estate platforms and tools is a plus.

Working Hours:

- Full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate client schedules.

- Must be available for evening and weekend appointments when necessary.

- Occasional travel for property showings and meetings with clients.

- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of real estate markets, trends, and property regulations.
