An exciting opportunity exists for a **contract position**as **Facilitator** with the well-established SBE Group. Based out of Thunder Bay, our dynamic educational workshops and capacity building programs are delivered to First Nations families, schools, professionals, and communities across North America.

Since 1996, SBE Group has provided educational workshops to First Nations communities in the areas of Social Education Skills, Personal Wellness, Capacity Building, Career Planning, Team Building, and more.

Working as an independent contractor within a diverse team of professionals, your primary goal as a Facilitator will be to deliver experiential workshops that have been developed by the company, and contribute to development of policy, strategies, standards, and support materials.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Must live in or near Thunder Bay, Ontario.
- Experience working with **First Nations** communities.
- A degree or diploma in **education** or a related field with practical experience to draw from is an asset.
- Strong **organizational** and **time management** skills.
- Experience in the **development and implementation of standards**, including **training of staff**.
- Experience in a **managerial or supervisor** role in an **office setting** or equivalent an asset
- The ability to **travel** for prolonged periods.
- The flexibility to work a varied schedule as opportunities arise.
- Completion of a Criminal Record Check.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $1,500.00-$2,500.00 per week
