**Weins Auto Group** is looking for **Service Support** at **Lexus of Richmond Hill**. We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our service team. This position is an integral role at Weins Auto Group and will provide front-end support for our customers and service team during our busiest season We value our employees and believe in our staff, work-life balance and career progression from within. We are an employee-centric workplace with a focus on the whole person. **Core Responsibilities**: - Complete vehicle sanitizations and ensure efficiency when cars flow in/out of automatic car wash. - You’ll ensure customer’s vehicles are properly cared for, clean and will keep customers up to date on the process. You are creating an exceptional service experience for every customer you interact with. We are creating customers for life. - Maintain a clean work environment and update car wash logs. - You’ll assist Technicians with vehicle walkarounds and other duties as requested by the Shop Foreman / Management team. **You’ll also need to have**: - A valid Ontario Class "G" driver's license is required. - Attention to detail and well-organized. - Prior experience in the automotive industry (an asset). **Don’t have this exact experience but feel like you have what it takes?** Weins Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer.
