**Overview**:
We’re hiring a dependable and organized **Office Administrator / Project Coordinator** to handle daily office tasks and help manage projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. A **Class 5 Driver’s License and personal vehicle** are required for travel to project sites and supplier locations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- General office admin: filing, data entry, payroll input, and inventory
- Support project timelines and task coordination
- Maintain office systems and team communication
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or project coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and Adobe
- Typing speed of 30 WPM or more
- Background in trades or interior/exterior design is a plus
- Must have valid Class 5 license and own vehicle
