**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work in close collaboration with the project manager and site superintendent
- Participate in worksite meetings with professionals and subcontractors
- Coordinate change orders between professionals and subcontractors for cost estimation and work execution
- Coordinate and follow up with subcontractors of all activities related to the progress of work on the construction site
- Ensure quality control for finishing work
- Prepare and follow up on technical questions in relation to plans and specifications
- Assist the manager in the management of payment requests to the client and those of subcontractors
- Participate in the management and review of shop drawings and samples
- Participate in the monitoring of ''Conflict Detections'' when the project is carried out in in BIM
- Help monitor and manage deficiencies at project completion
- Ensure monitoring of services rendered by consultants (drawings, specifications, construction supervision, acceptance of work)
- Assist in the development of the schedule
- Perform other duties as required

**Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor of Engineering (construction, building or civil) or technical studies diploma (construction, architecture or civil)
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office software, MS Project
- Knowledge of Procore (asset)
- LEED accreditation (an asset)

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
