**Customer Care Representative - Recreational Products**

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for our customers.

Our product lines include some of North America’s leading products including Phoenix Custom Boat trailers, Shoreland’r boat trailers, Shorestation boat lifts, Summit boat lifts, Connect-a-Dock and the full line of Marlon Recreational Products. You will be responsible for seeing orders through from beginning to end. As an integral part of the sales and customer service team, you will work hand in hand with external sales people to ensure customers are satisfied.

**Responsibilities**:
Answering and responding to incoming order requests from clients and the outside sales team
- Providing quotes, pricing, additional information
- Proactively seeking additional sales opportunities/orders
- Initiating outgoing sales calls, promote sales programs
- Follow up outstanding orders, back-orders, returned goods and complex customer issues
- Completes and manages purchase orders, assists with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Develops strong relationships with customers, sales team and vendors

**Qualifications**:

- Customer service experience dealing with a wide variety of products
- Strong motivation and experience in building and maintaining customer relations
- B2B customer service and sales experience
- Proven time management and organization skills
- Exceptional communication skills (written/verbal)
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
