**Responsibilities May Include**:

- Receive and respond to calls from dealers and consumers in a timely and professional manner
- Entering accurate information into Microsoft Dynamics 365 to generate claims, parts orders and warranty information
- Inform customers about our products by providing product literature, technical drawings, etc. as required
- Input and update information in MS 365 for tracking purposes and follow up with team as required
- Work effectively with other members of the department/plant to achieve company goals
- Perform other job-related duties as directed by Manager in accordance with company policies and procedures

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**
- Knowledge or previous experience with warranty/service claims processing a benefit
- Knowledge of and/or an aptitude for understanding technical information would be considered an asset
- Accurate and quick typing speed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Possess a positive attitude and work well in a team-oriented environment
