Dupar Controls Inc., is a subsidiary of Dewhurst plc and is a manufacturer and supplier of quality components to the elevator and keypad industries. Founded in 1958, Dupar Controls Inc., is recognized as a world leader in the elevator push-button technology.

Currently, we have an opening for a Customer Service Representative in our offices located in Cambridge. The main responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

- entering orders into our ERP (SYSPRO)
- Most work is performed in the office, but occasional requirement to enter the warehouse to check the status of parts
- Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied
- Learn to identify customer needs or desires in order to recommend the appropriate product or service
- Learn the internal software system SYSPRO to be able to communicate effectively with incoming enquiries
- Maintain a record of incoming enquiries, to be able to reference at a later date
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Provide feedback to other departments to improve sales, marketing and business processes
- Become familiar with the product inside and out to respond to any customer questions

The incumbent may also be required to work on other assignments as and when necessary.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written

- Possess effective and diplomatic interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
- Be detail oriented
- Strong computer and keying skills: good understanding of Microsoft Office and ERP systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $35,000.00 per year
