**Responsibilities**:
- Trouble shoot desktop computers, Laptops, Printers, Cell Phones, Desk Phones and network connectivity issues
- Physically install and deploy new equipment for new users
- Maintain and monitor security of devices, install and manage antiviruses; and perform regular backup and restore
- Manage IT Inventory of equipment's and licenses; maintain accurate documentation of client networks, resolved issues, and client information.
- General support as required by the IT Manager
**Experience, Qualifications and Skills**
- A diploma/degree from a recognized post-secondary program in computer technology.
- Previous experience in a Help Desk support/Analyst role is preferred.
- Certifications like A+ will be an asset
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Domain Services; Windows operating systems, Imaging computers, Office365; Network (LAN/WAN) concepts, VPN technologies, firewalls, and security; Mobile Technologies (Smartphones/Tablets), and Printers required.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL.
- Ability and willingness to work after hours
- Must have access to a vehicle and willing to travel to branch offices as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Team player and strong work ethics
- Take ownership of support requests until resolution and ensure requests are resolved in a timely manner
- Multi-task and manage a variety of diverse requests from a variety of users and levels
