- Install and configure hardware and software components.
- Set up, configure, client devices, user accounts, printers, mobile phones, etc.
- Move physical hardware and wiring as required.
- Liaise with all levels of IT support as required, determine solutions and appropriate responses.
- Client relationship management and the ability to respond to complex IT requirements.
- Escalate requests to higher level support as required.
- Assist in the process of transferring knowledge of contract requirements and service delivery components to other team members.
- Document workarounds and solutions and update the IT knowledgebase.
- Assist with help desk and escalations as needed.
- Use the ticketing system and remote monitoring and management system as well as other vendor portals to manage the client environments.
- Maintains the IT assets inventory and Help Desk platform.
- Enjoy working within a fast paced, multi-tasking team environment.
- Assist in special projects as required.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Minimum 1-3 years experience as an IT Help Desk Specialist.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT Computer Science or related field required.
- Excellent computer skills (including MS office suite) as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Azure / M365 experience
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices
- Hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and patient
- Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
- Good team player with good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain relationships with corporate departments and key business partners.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
