- Monitor and coordinate the activities of personnel and vehicles.
- Maintain records of personnel, vehicles, and equipment.
- Ensure that all personnel are following safety regulations.
- Communicate with personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide accurate information to personnel promptly.
- Use TMS software to arrange Load Sheets for the following day
- Price and accept incoming orders
- Ensure proper documentation is loaded into TMS Software, PODS are timely and work efficiently communicating with drivers and clients for changes in service

**Experience**:

- Industry experience is not necessary but recommended transportation and logistics industry
- Pay Structure is based on Industry experience.
- Familiar with TMS software, added benefit if the TMS software is Transplus
- Excellent written and verbal communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
