We are currently hiring for a Dispatch/Customer service Rep in Brampton Full-time Permanent PositionDispatch/Customer Service (District Clerk – Water Heaters)Salary $23/hr [Benefits + RRSP Matching Shift Time Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PMCandidate needs to be flexible to stay until 6PM on days requiring coverage if a dispatcher is off sick, or on vacationLocation Brampton, Important Notes Fully on site position * Keys to filling:• 2-3 years of current Customer Service/Coordination experience – PREFERRABLY FROM HVAC OR ANY SERVICE INDUSTRY• Strong computer aptitude: Word, Excel, Outlook (Salesforce would be an Asset)• Flawless communication skills – will be dealing with Technicians, and Customers – Need to be able to de-escalate irate or frustrated customers with ease and composure• Looking for a quick learner, someone with really strong data entry/accuracy (Reports have lots of numbers and need to be very concise.)• Must be comfortable working the odd Saturday when required for coverage Job Summary:Responsibilities:? Provide on-going administrative support? Type correspondence as required? Assume responsibility for clerical duties i.e. photocopying, filing, etc…? Provide various general office duties as assigned? Provide dispatch shift coverage? Provide the primary phone support ? Provide main support for scheduling and dispatching water heaters? Provide main support for water heater returns to competitorso Paperwork, scheduling the return, follow up enquires? Provide main support for organizing and creating Water Heater Installer schedules. This would include organizing time off/vacation requests with manager approval, forecasting install needs? Provide main support in calling all direct exchanges and confirming needs for exchangeo Confirming tank size, venting needs, electrical needs if any? Provide back up support to dispatcher when needed o backup coverage to dispatch when not ino assist dispatcher in follow up cases in peak demand? Provide main support for issuing opportunities ?
