On a practical level, you will:

- Organize and schedule employees to complete monthly/quarterly PM requirements;
- Manage inventory and materials for the maintenance department;
- Order and receive spare parts, components, and materials;
- Prepare documentation and organize required paperwork for audits;
- Develop and maintain work orders and purchase orders as required;
- Maintain inventory of repair parts for equipment;
- Maintain inventory of approved chemical list and conduct annual review for SQF program;
- Organize and schedule outside vendors or contractors to perform tasks as required;
- Maintain and enforce quality and good housekeeping standards within the maintenance shop and spare parts room;
- Write standard operating procedures (SOPs) and miscellaneous plant maintenance procedures;
If you have the following qualifications, we want to hear from you:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma related to Materials Management or equivalent experience;
- Maintenance operations, administration, and planning experience required;
- Knowledge of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems and components, spare parts inventory;
- Knowledge in purchasing and supplier/vendor management;
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
