**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mississauga, ON for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and managing content, optimizing social media platforms, and coordinating digital marketing efforts. The role will require daily engagement with our audience, as well as monitoring and analyzing social media performance to enhance our presence.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute Content Strategies
- Experience in Digital Marketing
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts and growing engagement
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Suite, and analytics dashboards.
- Ability to lead campaigns, analyze results, and refine strategies.
- Passion for education, STEM, and inspiring the next generation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to grow STEMSTEIN’s online presence.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content (posts, videos, stories, and campaigns).
- Manage daily posting schedules across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Monitor social media analytics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies for growth.
- Engage with parents, students, and the community through active communication and interaction.
- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with academic and content teams to showcase student projects, achievements, and institute events.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects innovation, curiosity, and education.

Pay: $39,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
