Sheldon Creek Dairy, is an on farm dairy crafting milk, yogurt cheese products right here on our family farm located in Loretto, Ontario.

Our farm retail store is full of opportunity. We are looking for someone to help us capture this opportunity by thinking creatively and executing exciting events, products and marketing while helping manage the retail floor team.
- We are looking for someone who has experience in retail management, event planning, graphic design and creative experiences. We are not a large team so this position is for someone who has an entrepreneurial and get it done attitude. Someone who has a passion for local businesses and local food and being part of creating a destination. _

**_Weekend availability is a necessity for this position._**

Key Responsibilities:

- Retail Management
- Promotion and marketing in store
- Coordinating Events on site and execution of the events
- Graphic design & Photography for marketing projects
- Growth and Creative ideas for growing our network
- Assist in helping customers and retail operation
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Monthly marketing promotions for seasonality and events

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as in Retail Management, Marketing or comparable role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Knowledge and passion for providing exceptional customer service experiences
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude within a busy environment
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with the ability to analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Graphic Design software, Microsoft Office or Mac Pages, Wix and Shopify POS experience is an asset.
- Flexibility to work afternoons, weekends, and public holidays/event days when necessary.
- Visual merchandising of products
- Leading and supporting the orientation for new employees
- Other duties as assigned

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Loretto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
