We are a family owned and operated Retail Store and Dairy farm crafting milk, yogurt, and cheese products located in Loretto, Ontario.

We are looking for a positive, high-energy, self-starter who is a creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit. This career position is for someone who wants a creative job with growth and opportunity.

Our farm, retail store, wholesale and manufacturing divisions are full of opportunity. We are looking for someone to help us capture this opportunity by thinking creatively and executing exciting events, and assisting in the success of the retail floor day to day.
- We are looking for someone who has experience in event planning, basic graphic design and retail environment. We are not a large team so this position is for someone who has an entrepreneurial and get-it-done attitude. Someone who has a passion for local businesses and local food and being part of creating a destination._

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinating Events on-site and execution of the events
- Promotion and marketing in-store, through the web, and across various social media
- Graphic design & Photography for marketing projects
- Ensuring the success of the retail floor day to day
- Oversee ordering and inventory for the farm market to keep product current and on-trend.
- Creative ideas for growing our network
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Monthly marketing promotions for seasonality and events
- Assisting with Retail Merchandising
- Direct 3-5 people to ensure the smooth running and overall success of the business day.

**Experience**:

- Experience in Retail, Event Planning, Marketing or a comparable role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Knowledge and passion for providing exceptional customer service experiences
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude within a busy environment
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Graphic Design software, Microsoft Office or Mac Pages, Wix and Shopify POS experience is an asset.
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
