Your training and current experience will allow you to
- **Grow the business**: Drive sales, plan and follow current receiving and shelving processes, identify pain points and inefficiencies and pitch solutions.
- **Nurture team members**: You’ve got that something-something inside you that immediately attracts others and makes it easy to communicate with. As a leader, you’ll inspire and lead the retail team with transparency and grace.
- **Ensure store conditions** are consistently upheld to established standards.
- **The ability to manage inventory** from ordering to receiving to pricing. Your excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills will ensure the inventory processes is seamless.

**You are the right fit if**:

- Have 2 or more years in a retail management role or similar
- Have an entrepreneurial flare with experience in a sales focused environment
- Are detailed oriented and value seeing a project or process from the beginning to the end
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- knowledge of inventory management software
- An analytical mind with strong math skills

**Expectations and Requirements**:

- Ability to work 30+ Hours from Thursdays-Sundays, Wednesdays if wanting 40 hours per week.
- Are legally eligible to work in Canada
- Dress code is casual, plain black or white top and denim, blue or black no rips.

**Responsibilities**:

- Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
- Ensure store shelves are stocked and easy to navigate for customers
- Order products for the store
- Work with management to make seasonal and holiday orders
- Manage weekend part time staff
- Set goals and nurture part time staff
- Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
- Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.

**Salary**: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
