**Job Summary**:
Now, if you were to come on board as our **Bilingual Human Resources Representative**, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Drafting of offer letters, verification of employment letters, performance management documentation, miscellaneous memos, etc.
- Triage shared HR mailbox to create cases in our internal ticketing system, remove out-of-scope items, archive addressed items, and track data for reporting to HR and business stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the People Advisors and Business Partner groups.
- Work closely with other support groups like Payroll and Benefits to help address any benefits and payroll issues.

- Bilingual (French and English) is required.
- Diploma in HR, administration, or in a related field
- Previous experiences in a similar role within HR department (asset)
- Strong knowledge of current legislation in Employment Standards, Human Rights Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Highly motivated, energetic individual able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Readily adaptable to changing work priorities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and active listening (customer service focus) communication skills in French and English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to HRIS and/or payroll systems, ticketing systems, and the ability to navigate various systems to gather information.
