- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks to update records and maintain databases
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general support to visitors, clients, and staff members
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information or escalate as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using computer software such as QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls in a polite and courteous manner
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work well under pressure
