**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Assist in the management of shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely order fulfillment and accuracy.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems and Transportation Management Systems to track inventory levels and shipments.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to support demand planning initiatives and improve operational processes.
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, orders, and inventory levels using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Support e-commerce operations by processing online orders and managing customer inquiries related to order status.
- Contribute to process improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency across administrative functions.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, with a focus on logistics or supply chain management being a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM, Quickbooks and e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on demand planning and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with team members at all levels.

**Physical Requirements**
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- This position may require travel to various job sites & locations.
