This important customer service oriented role is responsible for ensuring positive employee relationships during their employment journey with Bayshore.

The Employee Experience Coordinator will lead and coordinate all aspects of orientation and onboarding of new field staff once they have been hired. Develop and maintain a program to support and assist field staff in the usage of on the job tools and technology. Implement and maintain engagement programs. HR File maintenance.

Job Qualification

**Who You Are**
- Desire to help improve the lives of those in your community
- Ambassador and advocate of Bayshore’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion principles and practices
- Completion of a recognized program, such as the Human Resources Administration Program
- Solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods human resources
- Have at least two years of recent experience in a customer service oriented field
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations in an objective consistent format; ability to work independently and effectively lead a team; above average administrative and communication skills with both Field and Administrative employees
- valid driver’s license and own vehicle, willing to commute within the surrounding area is an asset
- Dedicated to providing high-quality service
- Must have received the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine or combination of COVID-19 vaccines approved by Health Canada**
