Role Overview
As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking cosmetic treatments at our clinic. Your role is critical in ensuring that potential clients receive exceptional service from their first inquiry through to consultation booking. You will handle all cosmetic-related inquiries with professionalism and provide expert guidance on available treatments and skincare products.
Your focus will be on delivering a personalized, positive experience while converting inquiries into scheduled consultations. By working closely with the cosmetic team and maintaining accurate CRM records, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth communication and seamless scheduling for our patients.
Role Objectives
The Client Experience Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Consulation Scheduling: Engage with clients to understand their cosmetic needs and guide them to appropriate treatments, converting inquiries into scheduled consultations.
- Provide In
- Depth Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all cosmetic procedures and products to educate potential clients effectively.
- Follow Up: Proactively reach out to potential clients who have not yet scheduled consultations.
- Customer Experience Focus: Ensure each client feels confident and comfortable by creating a personalized, positive experience.
- Collaboration with Cosmetic Team: Coordinate with dermatologists, aestheticians, and support staff to facilitate smooth patient scheduling.
- Maintian CRM Records: Accurately track all inquiries, follow-ups, and appointments in the clinic’s CRM system.
Role Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in a similar role
- Industry Knowledge: Experience within the cosmetic industry is preferred but not mandatory. Strong telephone sales skills may be equally valuable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in maintaining and updating a CRM system
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Additional Assets:
- Experience in a telephone sales role is considered an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries and follow-ups effectively
