Under the national supervisor of inventory integrity’s supervision, the incumbent’s main function will be to update and inspect the Master Group distribution centre’s inventories.
**What you will accomplish with us**:
- Track inventory cycle counts
- Follow up on inventory differences confirmed by the warehouse (bin counts) and be responsible for carrying out the necessary research and adjustments
- Follow up on errors related to transfers and customer orders
- Check inventory differences and make the necessary adjustments
- Track inventory with an unavailable status and make the needed status changes
- Carry out annual physical inventory preparation, confirm differences and make adjustments
**What You Bring to Our Team**:
- High school diploma
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in customer service
- Experience driving a lift truck driving (reach and counterbalance)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
- Good knowledge of French and an intermediate knowledge of English
- Understanding of virtual stock movements to balance inventories
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge/understanding of ERP and WMS software (SX Enterprise, TWL) (an asset)
