**Purpose of Job**:
The Warehouse Associate - Inventory Control (IC) adds value to our Customers by ensuring the accuracy and reliability of inventory data by cycle counts, addressing customer and sales rep complaints, and completing inventory reconciliations. This involves being a positive team member by verifying and correcting inventory discrepancies, updating systems, and resolving backorders and discrepancies, to ensure seamless operations.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- ** Cycle Counts**: Ensure daily and discrepancy cycle counts are assigned and completed. Assist with verifying cycle count issues and correcting as appropriate
- ** Responds to Customer Concerns**:Respond to sales rep/ customer complaints regarding incorrect inventory/ shipped product
- ** Inventory Reconciliation**:Review backorders; Find missing inventory; maintain and update systems to accurately reflect inventory levels; Review and analyze inventory systems vs. actual inventory and correct system discrepancies as required. Leave work location set up for the next employee’s success, using a clean-as-you-go mentality (i.e. clean, orderly, labels front facing, etc.).

**Recommended Qualifications**:
**Knowledge/Skill/Ability Requirements**:

- Basic math functions
- Basic English reading and writing skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- In-depth product knowledge
- Good English verbal communication skills

**Experience & Education**:

- 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- MHE Certification required or the ability to obtain within three months of employment. On-site training will be provided if required by the position
- High School or equivalent

**Physical Demands/ Working Conditions**:

- This position involves standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods of time
- Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Position requires the ability to follow repetitive processes accurately
