**Administrative Assistant**
**Job Duties**:
The successful incumbent will be responsible for assisting in day to day activities in the reception/administrative department including, but not limited to:
- Answering the phones in a professional manner
- Sorting of mail, including scanning into our accounting program.
- Uploading invoices to the accounting system.
- Filing, photocopying, faxing.
- Coding for properties.
- Internal invoicing
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by senior management.
- Intermediate excel skills.
- Ability to use outlook, word etc.
- Comfortable with reception and professional interaction.
- Recent administrative experience.
- Yardi Voyager software exposure.
- Property management exposure.
