A growing local business with great energy Seeking an Individual to join our Team

Duties Include but not limited to;
Answer phones in a polite and courteous manner.

Provide Intake forms to Clients on walk in basis and prepare documents for Accountant.

Manage Owners Calendar and assist as needed with various tasks.

Sort and organize receipts for Bookkeepers, if required.

Provide general office/ administrative support such as scanning, data entry, printing documents, photocopying and distributing mail and courier packages.

Fast pace with sense of urgency.

Must be proficient with Microsoft programs. (Word/Excel/Outlook)

Customer service skills with a positive attitude.

Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and with others.

Ability to take initiative.

Distribution of mailouts and marketing promo items.

Manage office supplies and inventory and order as needed.

Process payments via POS system.

Minimum three years office receptionist experience.

Confidentiality Agreement - Company employees will be required, as a condition of your employment with Accounting House to sign our standard Confidentiality Agreement.
