**The Role**:
As an Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. This is a **hunter role**, where you will build your own territory from the ground up.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- **Outbound Sales** - Calling on businesses in person and on the phone, to sell our services and establish long-term customer relationships.
- **Customer Engagement** - Developing a strong rapport with clients through in-person visits and follow-ups.
- **Order Deliveries** - Personally delivering orders from the previous day's sales to build strong relationships and increase customer retention.
- **CRM Management** - Keeping track of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.
- **Quoting & Proposals** - Providing customers with competitive quotes and solutions tailored to their needs.
- **Vendor Managed Services** - Selling and setting up customers on our **weekly safety supply refill programs**, including first aid cabinet refills and AED inspections.
- **Workwear Allocation Software Sales** - Promoting our unique clothing & workboot spend management tool to help businesses optimize costs while enhancing their brand identity.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of sales experience (recent grads are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Valid Class G driver’s license with 5 years experience driving in the GTA.
