YOU WILL REPORT TO:
Operations Manager

SUMMARY:
As Project Coordinator you will oversee all projects, working with various members of the project team and the customer to ensure goals are met on time. You will be responsible for creating schedules, developing order lists from drawings, ordering package components, tracking project changes/additions and creating change orders, communicating and answering any questions employees may have in regard to construction. You will also be responsible for reading drawings and ensuring all components and ship loose items are correct and included in each package.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Cape Manufacturing is seeking a professional, self-motivated team member who possesses:

- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Exceptional computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective communication and reporting skills for meetings with management to keep them informed of important project developments
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of and the ability to read P&ID Drawings, Blueprints and Piping Specifications is an asset
- Knowledge of oilfield equipment and components is an important asset
- A technical understanding and experience of the oilfield process although not necessary, would be of benefit.
- Participating in the training and development of other employees
