Quality Assurance Technician Afternoon/night Shift

This is a Quality Assurance Technician located at our Stettler facility, you will be responsible for ensuring Foremost quality policies and procedures are followed, ensure material identification and adhere to Foremost safety policies and procedures. This is a designated afternoon /night shift.

**As a Quality Assurance Technician you will**:

- Ensure compliance with the Foremost quality assurance program through direct inspection and roving process audits.
- Document Non-Conformances and assist in the disposition and corrective action process.
- Prepare clear, comprehensive records and reports as required
- Review documents and drawings to ensure conformance with established procedural requirements.
- Ensure correct material identification
- Interact with all levels of manufacturing personnel, drafting and project coordinators
- Other duties, as assigned

**What you need to be successful in this role**:

- Knowlege in welding is an asset
- CWB level 1 inspector is an assest
- Knowledge and previous experience in a quality role, experience in methodologies in a Lean environment would be an asset.
- Previous experience with welding, construction drawings, and materials handling
- Highly motivated and self-directed capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Extremely detail-oriented and analytical thinker
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
